Our Licensed Professional Counselor, Beverly Hodsden will be holding “Understanding Emotional Eating” support groups. ¬†Come explore the role of food and feelings in your life and how they can be experienced in a positive and healthy light.

Learn how to take care of yourself without engaging in self-destructive behaviors and learn to love and accept yourself regardless of your weight and size.

Next session starts Wednesday, May 7th and is held every other Wednesday.
