Our Licensed Professional Counselor, Beverly Hodsden will be holding “Understanding Emotional Eating” support groups. Come explore the role of food and feelings in your life and how they can be experienced in a positive and healthy light.
Learn how to take care of yourself without engaging in self-destructive behaviors and learn to love and accept yourself regardless of your weight and size.
