What is it?

  • Migraines are consistent headaches of varying intensity that typically occur on one side of the head. They are usually accompanied by nausea and sensitivity to light and sound.


Common Causes

  • Exact cause isn’t known, but scientists think there could be some genetic basis to the abnormal brain activity characteristic of migraine headaches.
  • Triggers of headaches are numerous and vary from person-to-person.
