Kimberly Flynn, MS

Kimberly Flynn is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with years of experience in providing counseling and mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. She has worked in many different roles throughout her professional career in various clinical settings.

Kimberly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology, and Masters in Professional Counseling with an Emphasis on Children and Adolescents Disorders from the Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ.

Kimberly has a strong background in providing evidenced-based interventions for a variety of mental health issues, along with specialized training in family systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed therapy. She has a special interest in the areas of grief and loss, life transitions, and stress management. She has a holistic approach to counseling, which combines traditional counseling techniques with mindfulness-based interventions.

Kimberly has a passion for helping others and strives to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where her clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. She believes in treating every client as an individual, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances. She is committed to providing evidence-based, ethical, and culturally competent care to her clients in order to ensure the best possible outcomes.

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with her family. She also volunteers with several organizations that provide support and resources to individuals in need.
